You don't need a seatstay splitter anymore.
The dropout consists of two interlocking plates of 4 mm thickness. You have to weld the parts together to make two plates. Then you weld one plate to the seatstay, and the other to the chainstay.
The split is eventually bolted together with the connector set that secures the sliders.
